Too often, the level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail found in luxury homes is reserved for a select few. We believe the principles behind exceptional residential design: intentional planning, natural materials, and a strong connection to place can create meaningful improvements in any home regardless of its size or budget. Since its founding, AREND has brought this philosophy to projects throughout Greater Northern Illinois, including custom homes, additions, major renovations, and consulting services. Our portfolio ranges from 500-square-foot additions to 12,000-square-foot residences, demonstrating that thoughtful design can have an impact at any scale. Every project receives the same level of attention to detail and intentionality, integrating architecture, materials, environment, and lifestyle through a collaborative design process tailored to each client.
